The inlet rubbers between the airfilter box and carburettors harden over time, and quickly become impossible to re-fit due to being too stiff. This is a single replacement carb rubber which will fit either number 1 or 3 carburettor.

Carburettor Repair Kit

Overflowing carbs is almost certainly due to either the float levels being set incorrectly, or the rubberised coating on the fuel shut off valvebecoming worn. This is a Tourmax kit featuring of all of the components needed to overhaul a carburettor. Includes replacement float bowl gasket, fuel shut off valve, pilot jet adjuster screw, spring, washer and O ring. The pilot adjuster screw features a slightly different taper, but these kits represent massive savings on Kawasaki prices. One kit will be required per carburettor. Suitable for all models of GPZ 900R.
