These kits are unique to The GPZ Zone and contain a selection of components to overhaul BOTH of the anti dive units on early GPZ 900R's. Blown Fork seals are, in the majority of cases, the result of a seized anti dive unit plunger.
These kits are also suitable for GPZ 600R, 750R. 750A/E, 1000RX.
Overflowing carbs is almost certainly due to either the float levels being set incorrectly, or the rubberised coating on the fuel shut off valvebecoming worn. This is a Tourmax kit featuring of all of the components needed to overhaul a carburettor. Includes replacement float bowl gasket, fuel shut off valve, pilot jet adjuster screw, spring, washer and O ring. The pilot adjuster screw features a slightly different taper, but these kits represent massive savings on Kawasaki prices. One kit will be required per carburettor. Suitable for all models.
A Kit comprising a replacement, diaphragm, spring and 3 x gaskets, to fully overhaul the fuel tap on all models of GPZ 900R. Recommended if your tap is physically leaking fuel onto your engine casings.
A replacement 50 tooth rear sprocket, suitable for all models of GPZ 900R.
Fitting a larger rear sprocket increases acceleration. This is 2 teeth larger than the 48T sprocket fitted to A7-A8 models, and 1 tooth larger than the 49T sprocket fitted to A1-A6 models.
An alternative to the 17 tooth front sprocket, and suitable for all models of GPZ 900R. 17 teeth is standard on all models, this smaller 15 tooth sprocket will give increased acceleration.
